    Pay with any UK Visa or Mastercard. Decide whether to pay in full or make part payments and choose when to pay.

  3. Bluechain takes care of the rest

    Bluechain charges your card and then pays your supplier via bank transfer within two business days.

  4. Manage your paid and unpaid bills

    Manage all your payments from one convenient dashboard. Connect to your accounting software to save time and reduce financial admin.

Send your bill

  1. Send your bill directly to your customer via email, SMS or the Bluechain app.
  2. Client chooses a payment option They can choose to pay immediately, on the due date, or schedule a date that suits; using any payment method (including credit card). And if there’s a query or complaint, they can raise it right away.
  3. See bill status You get notified of your customer’s intent to pay in real time as they accept, schedule, or reject bills.
  4. Automated reconciliation We collect the payment from your customer on the scheduled date – and automatically reconcile the transaction to the invoice in your accounting platform.
